#Memo - Minefield crashed with XMarks - Moving one step back to Namoroka

I am using Minefield around 1 year now, no problem at all, but now something start not working.

Gecko 1.9.3 alpha - Minefiled Latest Trunk - Mozilla Firefox 3.7 alpha pre Crashed onload when XMarks is installed - even xmarks 3.3.3 or 3.3.4 also not working.

XMarks seems saying its because of Mozilla bug, but Others Extensions like NoScript, AdBlock Plus, Firebug are fine.

So, I have to move one step back to Firefox 3.6 Namoroka, for Gmail, I am using now Google Chrome 4.*.

I really wish XMarks to do some workaround for that.

Firefox goes into Infinite Loop when File Upload Dialog Open

I noticed from this week,

Firefox take 90%> is CPU usage when I open File Open Dialog for uploading.

I guess this may b Infinite Loop, just like Local DOS Attack.

and when I google search many people shouting for similar things.

i still not success on installing firefox language packs

not only, myanmar langauge packs, but also on other language packs like japanese.

may b language pack should be same version as binary or
may b language pack and binary needs to be same locale

but when i tried to modify, en-US.jar inside orignal firefox, its works well like this.

Opera raise js Error for UTF8 Without BOM (signature)

I found this today, Opera cant load UTF8 .js files without BOM, raising js error on the error log.

Firefox, IE, no problem at all for that.

so, Just attach following character at first

Making Firefox Extensions force compatible with new versions

Making Firefox Extensions force compatible with new versions

1. download .xpi file to local machine (xpi same format with zip)
2. open with 7-zip (can open with anything which can browse and save zip files also like WinRAR)
3. edit with editor
4. modify max version to 3.* (its mean 3.1, 3.2, ... ok)
5. save the file
6. save the zip file (it will ask you when you close editor)
7. click and drag .xpi file into your firefox and install
8. restart firefox
9. enjoy! :-)
