1. I used Google Adwords at 2006, I stopped running ads at that time.

2. And I tried to login again at Oct 14 2008, I only login and check my account status.

3. I didnt click / change any payment options, and I didnt set any auto update options from that start.

but SUDDENLY I got this email from Google after 1 or 2 hours later.
